He was predeceased by: his parents, James Kinnan and Almeda Kinnan. He is survived by: his wife June Wiley; his children, Bill, Jr. (Donna), Tom (Kathy) and Marilyn Runyan (Bill); and his grandchildren, Heather Semple (Jeff), David (Katy), Kayla Culver (Brandon), Andrew Kinnan (Brittani) and Kendra Henley (Jeriah). He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
