William R. McGuire IV Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of William R. McGuire IV (Marion, Indiana), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 25, 2024 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. McGuire and Marcella M. McGuire (Gately). He is survived by: his wife Maxine McGuire (Chevalier); his children, Kathryn Hammel (Scott) of Clemson, SC, William R. McGuire, Michael McGuire of Salisbury, NC, Carolyn McGuire-Loveall Loveall (Christopher) of Lebanon, IN and Brian McGuire (Holder) of Huntersville, NC; his grandchildren, Aidan Hammel, Meghan Hammel, Emma Hammel, Michael Hammel (Hannah), Ian Hammel, Erin Hammel, Madeleine Hammel, William Hammel, Parker McGuire, Sean McGuire and Isabella McGuire-Bannick; and his sisters, Ann Redding (Thomas) and Marcella Fahy (Frederick).

In addition to his hobbies and volunteer work, Bill worked a number of years part-time for Kelly's the Florist, finally retiring for good just before Covid hit Indiana.
