She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Behrman and Pauline Behrman (Schueler); her husband Paul Whittern; her son Kenneth Whittern; her grandson Matthew Whittern; and her sister Elaine Wilson.
She is survived by: her children, David Whittern (Carleen) of Libertyville, Illinois, Jennifer Love of Monroeville, Indiana and Deborah Whittern of Markle, Indiana; her close friend Harvey Guenin of Markle, Indiana; and her siblings, Sharon Behrman of Fort Wayne, Indiana and Stan Behrman (Carolyn) of Fort Wayne, Indiana. She is also survived by four grandchildren.
Preferred memorials can be given to St. Marks Lutheran Church, in Monroeville.
