He is survived by: his siblings, Phil Mullins (Jane), Paul Mullins, Lisa Buoy (Keenan) and Lorna Kesner; and his siblings' children, Scott Kesner (Eileen), Elizabeth Mullins Schmetterer (Sam), Harrison Mullins (Abby), Andrew Buoy and Sarah Buoy.

Memorial contributions may be made to North Christian Church, 32 State St., Markleville, IN 46056.
