He was predeceased by : his parents, Daniel Warren Fisher and Floy Richards Fisher; his siblings, John, Mike, Jerry Fisher, Jean Thompson, Louise Shoaf and Phyllis Cooper; and his half-siblings, George Fisher and Lucille Huggard.

He is survived by : his wife Mary Jo Fisher of Marshall; his sons, Dallas Wayne Fisher (Sherry) of Brazil and Duane Lee Fisher (Trish) of Gibson City, Illinois; and his granddaughters, Makayla Rose Fisher of Aurora and Delanie Kendall Fisher of Gibson City, Illinois.. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
