She is survived by: her husband Gerald "Jerry" Perry of Martinsville; her daughter Sondra Thacker; her siblings, Randy Hoskins (Cindy) of Martinsville and Destiny Keen of Indianapolis; her grandchildren, Daniel Wells, Jessica and Carissa Thacker; and her great grandchildren, Braiden Duncan, Lucas and Jaxson Crook.
