It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Louis Copas of Martinsville, Indiana, who passed away on April 6, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Samual Louis and Lily Ellen Giltner (Keys); and his brother Jackie Giltner. He is survived by: his sibling Charlie; his wife Corene Copas (Greanead) of Martinsville; his children, Randal Copas of Indianapolis, Timmy Copas (Tammy) of Martinsville, Kimberly Doughty (Jeff) of Martinsville and Melissa McCullough (Fred) of Indianapolis; and his brother James Wheatley of Tompkinsville, Kentucky. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
