He was predeceased by: his father Harlan Steele. He is survived by: his mother Debra Coslett (Payne); his wife Bobbie L. Steele (Sheeks); his sons, Trenton L. Steele and Jeffery Miller; his stepson Daniel L. Jones; his daughter Mickeyla Bowman (Tyler); and his siblings, Gary Dean Steele and Kelly Bird (Martin). He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
