He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Catherine Rafferty (Neal); and his brothers, John Rafferty and Robert "Kenny" Rafferty. He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Lanora "Cindy" Rafferty (Isom); his children, Kevin Rafferty (Suzi) and Donna Dixon (Jeffrey); and his stepchildren, Robert LeClair (Kathy) and Laura Hutton (Melinda). He is also survived by eight grandchildren; six great grandchildren.
