He is survived by: his children, John Edward "Big Ed" Ferrand (Mendy Lang) of Martinsville and Shelley Kay Ferrand of Martinsville; and his siblings, Judy West of Ocala, Florida and Paul Hunt (Bonnie) of Martinsville.
