He was predeceased by: his father John Clinton Perkinson. He is survived by: his mother V. Joyce Mayle (Crook) of Martinsville; his siblings, Connie Cleary of Martinsville, Dee Haltom of Martinsville and Clint Perkinson (Kerry) of Florida; and his daughter Rhia Perkinson of Indianapolis. He is also survived by four grandchildren.
