He was predeceased by: his father Raymond Tom. He is survived by: his mother Emmi Johanna Hovious (Kopp) of Woodstock, Georgia; his wife Connie L. Hovious (Summerlot); his daughters, Wendy Hovious of Martinsville and April Flanagan of Greenwood; his grandsons, Cory Allison, George Norbert Flanagan and Henry Flanagan; and his sisters, Lucy Marsh of Woodstock and Jeanne Tibbs of Canton, Georgia.. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
