He is survived by: his wife Kim Garrett; his son Raeff Garrett; his daughter-in-law Shacotta Petty; his daughter Kelly Lewis; his son-in-law Bradley Lewis Jr.; his grandchildren, Eli Mitchell, Braylen Garrett, Octavia Garrett and Phaedra Garrett; his brothers, Jim Garrett, Tim Garrett (Bonnie), Jay Garrett (Connie), Dale Garrett and Terry Garrett (Del-Marie); his mother-in-law Juanita Wesseler; and his brothers-in-law, Joe Sturgell (Marie) and James Wesseler Jr. (Jessica).

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 4th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Randy's Home (7495 N Goat Hollow Rd, Martinsville, IN 46151).
