He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Davis and Flossie Davis (Saddler); his sons, Curtis Davis and Scotty Wainscott; and his siblings, Kenneth Davis, Margaret, Patsy and Louise.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki Davis (Thomas) of Martinsville; and his children, Brian Stanger, Misty Halsted (Maurice) of Bloomington and Audrey Davis of Cloverdale. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; six great-grandchildren.
