She is survived by: her mother Helen Louise Dean (Hamilton) of Baker Township; her husband David Hermann of Martinsville; her daughter Hailey Dean of Martinsville; her stepson Alex Hermann (Victoria) of Indianapolis; her brother Gary Dean (Brandi) of Martinsville; and her granddaughter Evelyn Hermann.
