He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles E. Beaver and Mildred G. Beaver (Glass); his wife Peggy K. (Dunigan); his grandchildren, Paige Barrett, James Richard Smith and Mackenzie Lynn Smith; and his brother Clyde Beaver.
He is survived by: his daughter Nancy Smith (Eddie) of Anderson, Indiana; his grandchildren, Lauren Smith and Corey Smith; and his siblings, Charlie Beaver (Shelley) of Morgantown, Mark Beaver of Peoria, Arizona, Peggy Perry (Mark) of Brown County, Susan Ralph (Steve) of Martinsville, Carrie Lohrman (Jeff) of Brazil and Sherrie Donahue (Brian) of South Carolina.
