He was predeceased by: his parents, Merice "Gail" Guy and Edith Irene Guy (Skully); his brothers, Merice Gail "Rooster" Guy, Jr. and Robert Guy; and his granddaughter Donna Neal.
He is survived by: his wife Dorothy Mae Guy (Brummett); his children, Jason Guy, Andrea Guy, Stacy West and Crystal Owens (Rodney); his grandchildren, Ethan Day, Heather Day, Austin Alsup, Emily West, Courtney Owens, Alyssa Owens, Landan Guy and Braydan Guy; his great grandchildren, Jaylinn Neal, Trinity Neal, Brighton Sanders, Makynleigh Sanders and Zara Day; and his brothers, James Guy and John Guy. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers the family asks for donations to Adams & Ashland Volunteer Fire Department, Inc. in Eminence, or the Paragon Volunteer Fire Company.
