We bid farewell to Melba Barnett of Matthews, Indiana, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on September 11, 2025 at the age of 86. Melba touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard "Bill" Dearduff and Anna Dearduff (Bole); her husband Larry Barnett; her grandson Mark Barnett; and her brother Larry Layman.
She is survived by: her children, Daniel Barnett (Andrea), Rhonda Holtzleiter (Brian) and Ricky Barnett; her grandson Matthew Barnett (Jordan); her great grandchildren, Easton and Max Barnett; her sister-in-law Norette Barnett; and her friends, Brenda Worrick, Connie Bradford and Judy Rogers. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
