He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilber Crouse and Nellie Crouse; and his brothers, Harold Crouse, Russell, Earl, Denny and Russy Crouse.
He is survived by: his daughters, Kim Fear (Dave) and Lynn Whitesell (Bill); his grandchildren, Jennifier Dawson, Ashlee Rutledge (Derrick), Andy Fear (Abby), Josh Fear (Brittany) and Kristy Riggs (Ryan); his great grandchildren, Holly Ramey (Jake), Matthew Smith, Melody Garland, Carson Fear, Dallas Rutledge, Dillon Rutledge, Rylee Riggs, Harper Fear and Charli Fear; and his great great grandchildren, Sophia and Cameron Ramey.
