He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Boyd and Margaret Frances Williams (Stamper); and his wife Penelope Lea "Penny" Williams. He is survived by: his children, Jeffery Michael Williams (Deann), Jay Brian Williams (Jennifer) and Julie Lynn Thelen (Kurt); his grandchildren, Joshua Michael Williams, Cooper Brian Williams (Caitlin) and Sophie Elaine Williams; and his brother Jon Williams (Sue). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
