She is survived by: her husband Jeff; her children, Shanna Mayfield (Doug) and Jeffrey Bolander, Jr. (Janice); her grandchildren, Braden, Colton, Preston, Easton, Jackson and Emma; and her siblings, James D. Burdine, Jr. (Jennie), Timothy L. Burdine, Otis D. Burdine (Kay) and Debra L. Esters (Kerry). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
