He is survived by: his children, Amber Russell (Jason) of Seymour and Jeff Peters (Cindy) of Vallonia; his sisters, Janice Hoffman (Paul), Marlene Streitelmeier (Glenn) and Trudy Shelton (Tom); his grandchildren, Matthew Russell, Ryan Doty, Jessica Harmeyer and Shane Peters; his great grandchildren, Lane Harmeyer, Sadie Harmeyer, Lennie Harmeyer and Wade Peters; and his pet Sophie "Little Darlin".
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Spurgeon Funeral Home (206 E Commerce St, Brownstown, IN 47220). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials may be given to White Creek Lutheran Church.
