He is survived by: his daughters, Theresa Brooks (Adam) and Rhonda Goforth (Jeff); his grandchildren, Jennifer Wertz (Gary), Jason Mattingly (Brandi) and Jayme Feller; and his great grandchildren, Luke, Logan and Landon.
