She was predeceased by: her parents, Charlie Roy and Helen Roy (Sneed). She is survived by: her husband Louis W. Shepherd Sr.; her children, Andrea Shepherd of Sellersburg, IN and Chip Shepherd of Memphis, IN; and her grandchildren, Brianna, Hiedi and Ciara.
