She is survived by: her children, Gary Stewart (Marian) and Gay Collings; her sister Karen Siewert; her sister-in-law Patti Montgomery; her grandchildren, Chris, Brandon, Ben, Luke and Marty; and her caregivers, Madra Stemle and Pam Lee.
