He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Boyer and Mary Boyer (Black); his daughter Beverly Westendorf; his daughter-in-law Kim Boyer; and his siblings, Kenny Boyer (Rose) and Phyllis Bennett (Gwendol).
He is survived by: his wife Carol Boyer; his children, Judy Cardwell of Mentone, Cathy (Morris Folk) of Warsaw, Barb (Bill Hardesty) of Warsaw, Dan (Kassie Boyer) of Tippecanoe and Kevin Boyer of Mentone; his son-in-law Doug Westendorf; his stepsons, Phil (Royal Smith), David (Amy Smith) and Michael (Penny Smith); and his sister Darlene (Burdell Blackburn) of Seymour, Tennessee.. He is also survived by 22 Grandchildren; 45 Great Grandchildren.
