She was predeceased by: her parents, C. W. Halstedt and Clara Halstedt (MaGee); her husband Vernon; her children, Robin Spurlock Briggs and William (Rosemary Spurlock); her brother William (Stella Halstedt); her son-in-law Chuck Pletcher; her grandson Dennis Pletcher; and her great grandchild Johnny Yungandreas.
She is survived by: her children, Kris Pletcher of Etna Green, Ind. and Vernon "Mike" Spurlock Jr. (Linda) of San Antonio, Texas. She is also survived by 13 Grandchildren; several great grandchildren and great great grandchildren; as well as nieces and nephews.
