We are sad to announce that on November 19, 2023, at the age of 81, Patsy Sparks of Mentone, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by : her parents, Frank Bucher and Charlotte Bucher (Hamilton); her husbands, William Owens and German; her great grandchild Emmit Severns; and her sister Jane Chaney.
She is survived by : her children, Sheryl Carnes of North Manchester, Jeffery Owens (Lori) of Silver Lake, Carol Severns (Bryan) of Mentone and Shelly Yarian (Wes) of Akron; her stepchildren, Brenda Gaerte of North Manchester and Duane Owens of Warsaw; and her brother Steven Bucher (Cindy) of Silver Lake. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren.
