She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert McCloughan and Rosie McCloughan (Downs); her sister Alberta Keene (Bob); and her brother-in-law Jim Reed. She is survived by: her children, Jenny "Becky" Bays (Randy) of Mentone, Ferol Hawkins (Matt) of Kentucky, Joe Holloway (Heather) of Warsaw and John McCloughan (Nikki) of Kentucky; and her siblings, John McCloughan (Bonnie) and Gloria Reed. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts could be given to Mentone EMS or to the funeral expenses with envelopes available at the funeral home.
