With sadness, we share the passing of Beth Parrish Stanko in Merrillville, Indiana. Beth, born on January 18, 1956, passed away on October 8, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her mother Phyllis Curtis. She is survived by: her husband Paul Stanko of Crown Point; her children, Steven Parrish (Kelly) of Branson, MO, David Parrish (Lauren) of Crown Point, Michael Parrish of Chicago, Dan Stanko (Mandira) of San Francisco, CA and Lynne Stanko of Chicago; her grandchildren, Parker, Jameson, Austin, Andrew, Jahan and Samara; her father Phillip Curtis of Crown Point; and her siblings, Jerry Curtis of Indianapolis and Cathy Mellinger (Rand) of Noblesville, IN. She is also survived by nephews and nieces.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Geisen Funeral, Cremation & Reception Centre (606 E 113th Ave, Crown Point, IN 46307). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 at 4:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to Wright-Way Rescue in Morton Grove, Illinois.
