He is survived by: his children, Ashley Czubak (Nate Schindley), Julee Czubak (Joseph Brock) and David Czubak; his grandchildren, Andrew, Laya, Cody, Joseph III, Thomas and Ember; his siblings, Debby Homan (Mike) and Daniel Czubak (Donna); and his stepfather Robert Jance. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
