He is survived by: his stepsiblings, Linda Carew and Brad McIntyre; his stepsibling's child J. T. Donahue; and his aunts and uncles, Janie Hubeny (Larry), Pat Kuepper, Pam Breden, Terri Kuepper and Arthur Pitsch. He is also survived by many cousins, extended family members, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
