He was predeceased by: his parents, Joel Elia and Irene Elia. He is survived by: his children, Katie Lynn Elia and Kelsey Layne Yaple (Shane); his grandchildren, Gregory Elia and Ravenna Yaple; and his siblings, James Elia (Olga) and JoAnn Phillips (Ed). He is also survived by his nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins and good friends.
