He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, JoAnna Harbaugh, Elizabeth Minard and William Minard; his stepdaughter Heather Lakich; his siblings, Deborah Kristoff (Larry), Walter Minard (Wendy) and Brian Minard (JoAnn); his stepmother Frances Minard; and his stepsiblings, Pamela Dingman, Michael Dingman (Diana) and Richard Dingman (Bernadette). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
