He is survived by: his mother Barbara Smith; his wife Chong; his siblings, Ron Smith (Cathy) and Diane Dahlgren (Brett); his nieces and nephews, Levi Cowsert (Rachel), Taylor Smith, Zachary Smith, Carter Dahlgren, Preston Smith and Brittania Dahlgren; and his great-nephew Rhett.
