He was predeceased by: his father William Stepp Jr.; and his grandfather Timothy Beal. He is survived by: his mother Carrie Stepp (Beal); his fiancée Sierra Samuels; his children, Sophie Stepp, Dawson Stepp, Elijah Stepp, Aidan Samuels, Asher Samuels and Addy Samuels; his sister Brittany Baker (Joshua); his nephews, Owen Baker and Liam Baker; and his grandparents, Bill Stepp Sr. (Donna) and Grace Beal.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Carrie for his children.
