He is survived by: his mother Jeanne Hart; his siblings, Lesa Madison (Jeff) and Robert Hart; and his nieces and nephews, Josh Hart, Jessica Hart, Shawn Rice, Amanda Frank (Joe), Ryan Madison (Amy) and Brittany Smith (Jerry). He is also survived by 10 great-nieces and great-nephews; and many dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Augustana Lutheran Church (207 Kelly St, Hobart, IN 46342). A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 9th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Mikey's name to Augustana Lutheran Church.
