He was predeceased by: his parents, James Callahan and Shelia Callahan. He is survived by: his wife Christina; his sisters, Kathleen Szymonik (Norman) and Deborah Cook (Bill); his sister-in-law Melissa Angyus (John); and his nieces and nephews, Denise Szorc (Tim), Renee Thometz (Ed), David Szymonik (Shelley), Michelle O'Connor (John), Emily Panning (Mark), John Angyus and Erik Angyus (Lindsay).

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to Patrick's family for his medical expenses.
