He is survived by: his wife Mary; his children, Carlos (Freda) and Melissa; his grandchildren, Connor, Houston, Harper and Chole; his sister Ethel Scruggs; his siblings-in-law, Earl Smith (Sylvia), Ervin Smith (Vernita), Dwight Smith (Jean), Milton Smith (Bernadette), Anita Ranford, Emma Tennyson (Paul) and Shirley Blair (Myron); and his sibling's children, Gregory Johnson (Candyce) and Laura Davis (Calvin). He is also survived by nephews, cousins and friends.
