He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Sufak and Frances Sufak; his granddaughter Brittany; and his brother Don Sufak. He is survived by: his friend Belinda Bosch; his children, Danny Sufak (Daphne) of Baytown, TX and Jacki Sufak of Philadelphia; his grandchildren, Cory, Briana and Alex; his great grandchildren, Trayson and Maddox; his brother Rich Sufak (Kathy); the mother of his children Marian Sadowski; and his niece Melissa Sufak-Mills.
