We are sad to announce that on June 12, 2023, at the age of 84, Samuel J. Osika of Merrillville, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Osika and Stella Osika; and his sister Sonja Kainrath. He is survived by: his wife Virginia Osika; his stepsons, Ronald S. and Eric J. Keneson; and his grandchildren, Ronald, Michael, Elizabeth and Tyler Keneson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and good friends.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be given in Sam's name to the American Cancer Society.
