He is survived by: his parents, Dick Donnelly and Cathy Donnelly; his son Matthew Donnelly; his sister Jodi VanCuren (Jerry); his grandchildren, Jullian, Bradley and Lilly; his nieces, Amber and Katie; his nephew Aiyanna; and his cousin Dale Uram.
