She was predeceased by: her parents, Hazel Boyd and Byron Boyd; her father-in-law Joseph Barr Weir; and her sisters-in-law, Betty Hampton and Jo Ann Harvey.

She is survived by: her husband Alexander Ray "Scotty" Weir; her son Joseph Ray Weir (Nancy); her grandsons, Michael and Kevin Weir; her siblings, Sylvia Charbonneau (LeRoy) and Butch Boyd; her brother-in-law William Weir (Barbara); and her friends, Karen Yura and Jessie Long. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
