He is survived by: his children, Josh Collins (Brittany) of Batesville, Sarah Smith (Craig) of Rushville and Zachariah Collins (Cheyenne) of Metamora, Indiana; his grandchildren, Jordan Collins, Payton Collins, Olivia Collins, Landon Collins and Colton Collins; and his sisters, Donna Roberts of Metamora, Carol Roberts of Metamora and Joy Venter (Rick) of Metamora. He is also survived by several nieces & nephews.
