He is survived by: his significant other Jacqueline (Tuttle); his children, Derek Fields (Samantha) of Laurel, IN, Billie Polyak (Tone) of Connersville, IN., Patrick Dwyer of Metamora, IN and Robbie Parker of Connersville, IN.; his grandchildren, Dalton, Devin, BreAnna, Brandon, William, Olivia, Jessica, Peyton, Ella, John Rugar and Madelynn; and his sisters, Judy Butler (Harley) of Cambridge City, IN, Joann Adams of Cambridge City, IN, Nancy Zink (Larry) of Scottsdale, AZ and Patsy Elstro (Jim) of Abington, IN..
