He was predeceased by: his mother Betty Lou Yurcak (Spurlock). He is survived by: his wife Candy Yurcak (Hendricks); his children, Josh Roth (Kathy) and Cassie Garrett (Nate); his grandchildren, Grace, Ben, Bailey Roth, Sophie, Savannah and Scarlett Garrett; his siblings, Jacqueline Schermesser, Richard Yurcak and David Yurcak; and his father Joseph Yurcak. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, as well as great-nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, June 19th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Phillips & Meyers Funeral Home (1025 Franklin Ave, Brookville, IN 47012). A funeral service was held on Friday, June 20th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 11:45 AM at the Brookville United Methodist Church (150 E 8th St, Brookville, IN 47012). A burial was held on Friday, June 20th 2025 at the Maple Grove Cemetery (8126 Maple Grove Rd, Brookville, IN 47012).
