He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald D. Whittenberger and Maggie Whittenberger (Clemons); and his parents-in-law, Dorothy Bakehorn (Riffe) and LeRoy Conklin. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl Whittenberger (Conklin); his daughter Tina Adkins; and his grandson Travis Adkins.
