He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Bruce and Hazel Reba Rucker (Bryan); his wife Bonnie Lou Rucker (Thatcher); his son Timothy Wade Rucker; and his brother Delbert Brandenburg.
He is survived by: his children, Thomas M. Rucker (Penelope), Misty R. Depugh (Mark) and Lori Forth (Todd); his grandchildren, Joshua T. Rucker (Michelle), Patrick G. Rucker (Ariana), Kaitlyn N. Moritz (Ryan), Brandon M. Depugh (Hannah), Jared Rhoads, Ryan Cassidy, Kari Deaton and Kyli Hickman; his great grandchildren, Ivy, Atlas, Judah and Adalyn; his brother Fred Brandenburg; and the mother of his children Peggy E. Rucker. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of friends.
