He is survived by: his wife Cheri; his children, Jennifa Thomas (Brian), Matthew Johnston, Elizabeth "Liz" Phillips (Eric), Aaron Johnston and Sarah Walker (Vic); and his brothers, Ian and Trevor Johnston.
