She was predeceased by: her parents, Conrad Hammond and Florence Hammond (Sewell); her sister Lee Arthur; and her great grandchild Dax Blattner. She is survived by: her children, Jody Polita (Todd) of Trail Creek, IN and James Conrad Runnels of Michigan City, IN; her grandchildren, Danielle Blattner (Tyson) of Overland Park, KS and Liah Mauger of Chesterton, IN; her great grandchild Bodie Blattner; and her siblings, Jenni Hammond of Indianapolis, IN and John Hammond (Norma) of Carmel, IN..
